Today's Blog is a recipe for "NO BREAD SANDWICH". NO BREAD SANDWICH is something new to introduce with, as everyone expects sandwich with bread but here omitting the unhealthy ingredient and adding healthy stuffs new nutritious sandwich recipe is created. So here's the "NO BREAD SANDWICH" recipe with detailed photo and written recipe..

Full Recipe:      NO BREAD SANDWICH

Cook Time: 30 mins

Servings: 6 Sandwiches

Cuisine: Indian

Nutritional value: Firstly, it's clear that dish has no bread, so it's also clear that dish omits bad carbs and fat of refined flour bread. This sandwich is low in fat, high in flavors as has many nutritious veggies and see. This improves digestion, increase energy level, normalizes blood pressure and quick to make.

Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-

Calories- 163 kCal.             Carbs- 26 g

Protein- 5 g                         Fat- 3 g

Fibre- 9 g                            Sodium- 198 mg  

Potassium- 235 mg     


INGREDIENTS

Suji/Rava/Semolina- 1 cup

Curd- 1/2 cup

Water- 3/4 cup

Veggies (Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, Coriander, Sweet corn)- 1 cup (finely chopped)

Chilli flakes- 1 tsp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

STEP BY STEP RECIPE

1. In a large mixing bowl, add curd to semolina. Soak for 10 mins (so semolina absorbs curd).

2. Then add veggies, chilli flakes and salt. Mix and add 1/2 cup of water and mix everything properly.

3. Soak gain for 15 mins. After 15 mins, semolina absorbs the water.

4. So add 1/4 cup of water to get proper consistency.

5. Now In a sandwich maker, apply butter and pour the batter evenly.

6. Close the sandwich maker, turn it on and let grill until golden crisp.

7. Take out the sandwich as done, cut from between into triangles.

8. Serve this No Bread Sandwich with Tomato ketchup or Green chutney.
