Full Recipe:       RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE

Nutritional value: This Rich Chocolate Cake with chocolate flavor and refined flour's dense in nutrients, improves blood sugar control and digestion. Cocoa powder and butter milk as binding and flavoring ingredients are high in magnesium, improves metabolism and bone health. Also rich in Iron and antioxidants, that helps form red blood cells and thus fights against diseases. 

Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories172 kCal            Carbs- 17.97 g
Protein- 2.09 g                   Fat- 10.29 g
Fibre- 2.73 g                      Sodium- 4.8 mg
Iron- 30 mg                        Maganese- 13.9 mg


Ingredients

for chocolate cake

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup  butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp  vanilla essence
  •  -  cup buttermilk or 1½ cup warm milk + 1 tsp vinegar
  •  cups maida /  all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup  cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • firstly, in a take powdered sugar and butter. beat till the mixture turns smooth and fluffy.
  • further add vanilla extract and buttermilk. combine well.
  • now sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt.
  • then cut and fold gently till the smooth dropping consistency batter formed.
  • bake the cake at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
  • finally, chocolate cake is ready to cut and serve.
