Nutritional value: The Masaledar recipe with main ingredient Sweet corn is hot favorite in cold winter's to have hot Masala Corn. So with Sweet corn benefits of fibre and Vit B3, along Calcium, Iron and Vitamins rich Spring Onion, Garlic and Coriander, here I have tried this yummy street food recipe at home.

Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-

Calories- 100 kCal.             Carbs- 16 g

Protein-  3 g                          Fat-  2 g

Fibre- 4 g                             Sodium- 22 mg

Iron- 4 mg

 

INGREDIENTS

Sweet Corn- 2 Cups

Spring Onion- 50 gm (finely chopped)

Spring Garlic- 50 gm (finely chopped)

Coriander- 50 gm (finely chopped)

Butter- 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp

Pavbhaji masala- 1/4 tsp

Chat masala- 1/4 tsp

Salt- 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice- 1 tbsp


STEP BY STEP RECIPE

1. Heat a pan, add Sweet Corn, Spring Onion, Spring Garlic, Coriander and Butter. Saute until softens and gets buttery flavor.

2. Now add all the spices (Red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Pavbhaji masala, Chat masala, Salt).

3. Mix all spices properly with Sweet corn.

4. At last, add lemon juice, Mix and serve hot.
