Full Recipe: WHEAT FLOUR DOSA
Cook Time: 30 mins
Servings: 5 Dosas
Cuisine: South- Indian
Nutritional value: This thin instant crispy dosas made with wheat flour is quick to make for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is highly fibrous, reduces obesity, supports healthy digestion. Can even include in daily meals. This can be easily added in South Indian recipe Menu with this healthy variation.
Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories- 279 kCal. Carbs- 55 g
Protein- 8.72 g Fat- 15.12 g
Fibre- 7.19 g Calcium- 57.9 mg
Iron- 3.17 g Magnesium- 87.61 g
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Rava/ Suji/ Semolina- 1 tbsp
Rice flour- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Curd- 1/4 cup
Water- 1 cup
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
1. In a large bowl, take wheat flour, semolina and rice flour.
2. Now add salt, baking soda and ghee. Mix properly.
3. Now add curd, mix and soak for 15 mins.
4. After 15 mins, add water and again soak for 10 mins.
5. Now on a hot tawa, sprinkle some oil and water. Wipe it off using tissue.
6. Pour a laddle full of Dosa Batter and spread evenly.
7. Let cook and apply oil until leaves the sides.
8. Cook both the sides and serve Wheat Flour Dosa with Coconut chutney.
