Full Recipe:    VERMICELLI NOODLES

Cook Time: 20 mins

Cuisine: Indo-Chinese

Nutritional value: Vermicelli noodles are going to be every kids favorite noodles recipe as it's tasty and healthy too. These vermicelli noodles are good source of good carbs and have low fat amount. These semolina vermicelli along vegetables, become a rich source of protein, fibre and Vit B, all these supports wt loss, digestion and heart health.

Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-

Calories- 331 kCal.             Carbs- 82 g

Protein- 1 g                         Fat- 0.1 g

Fibre- 3.9 g                          Sodium- 40 mg  

Vit B6- 5 g                             Potassium- 30 mg     


INGREDIENTS

Roasted Semolina Vermicelli- 2 cups (boiled)

Oil- 1 tbsp

Garlic- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Ginger Chilli Paste- 2 tbsp

Onion- 1 (sliced)

Carrot- 1 (sliced)

Capsicum- 1 (juliens)

Cabbage- 1/4 cup (shredded)

Sweet corn- 4-5 tbsp

Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce- 1/2 tbsp

Soy sauce- 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce- 1 tsp

Vinegar- 1 tbsp

Salt- 1 tsp

Black Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp

Spring Onion-Garlic- 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

Coriander- 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)


STEP BY STEP RECIPE

1. In a pan, heat oil and add Garlic, Ginger chilli paste. Saute

2. Add veggies (onion, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corn) and saute all veggies, but do not overcook, veggies should retain it's crunch.

3. Now add the sauces- red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Give a nice toss and mix. So sauces and veggies mix together.

4. Now add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.

5. At last add coriander and spring onion-garlic. Serve this hot spicy Vermicelli Noodles.
