Full Recipe:          ORANGE CUPCAKES

Cook Time: 2 hours

Servings: 12 Cupcakes

Cuisine: Indian

Nutritional value: Cupcakes are always tempting, but here with tangy twist of oranges makes it so yummy and healthy both. These oranges are citrus fruit with phytochemicals that helps body protect from heart and cancerous disease. Here refined flour is avoided and fibrous rich wheat flour is used. 

Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-

Calories- 200 kCal.              Carbs- 34 g

Protein- 1 g                           Fat- 7 g

Fibre- 4 g                               Sodium- 190 mg

Calcium- 11 g                       Glucose- 25 g



INGREDIENTS

Oil- 1 tsp

Butter- 1/4 cup

Sugar- 1/2 cup

Wheat flour- 1 cup

Baking powder- 1/4 tsp

Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

Orange emulsion- 1/4 tsp

Orange juice- 1/2 cup


STEP BY STEP RECIPE

1. In a mixing bowl, take oil, butter and sugar. Whisk it until fluffy.

2. Now seive and add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda.

3. Now mix and combine everything by Cut and Fold method. 

4. Now add orange emulsion and orange juice. Again mix by Cut and Fold method and prepare a cake batter.

5. If batter is too dry can add water or milk to get proper batter consistency.

6. Let batter rest for half an hour.

7. Now fill the Cupcake moulds and bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins in a preheated oven.

8. After 25 mins take out the Cupcakes and Serve Orange Cupcakes by adding orange wafer chocolate on it .
