Everyone loves to eat Chinese but sometimes it is feeled that it's unhealthy as refined flour is used to make manchurians but here it's totally healthy and tasty. Full Recipe: DESI STYLE SUJI MANCHURIAN

Cuisine: Indo- Chinese
Nutritional value: Manchurian with gravy is always favorite Chinese Recipe but thought to be unhealthy at some extent. But here making it healthy, Manchurian has given a healthy twist using Semolina/Suji instead of refined flour along veggies and finally served with Chinese sauces that makes it nutritious and tasty too.
Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories- 264 kCal. Carbs- 36.7 g
Protein- 5.1 g Fat- 12.1 g
Fibre- 3.8 g Sodium- 179 mg
Iron- 2.1 g Glucose- 206 g
INGREDIENTS
For Manchurian Balls-
Semolina/ Suji/ Rava- 1 cup
Curd- 3/4 cup
Potato- 2 (boiled & mashed)
Cabbage- 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot- 1/2 (finely chopped)
Capsicum- 1/2 (finely chopped)
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Sweet Corn- 1/4 cup
Coriander- 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger Chilli Paste- 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Oil- for frying
For Gravy-
Oil- 2 tbsp
Ginger Chilli Paste- 1 tbsp
Garlic- 5 cloves (finely chopped)
Onion, Capsicum- 1/4 cup (sliced)
Red Chilli sauce- 2 tsp
Soy sauce- 2 tbsp
Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Cornflour- 2 tsp
Water- 2 cups
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
For Manchurian Balls-
1. In a large bowl, take Semolina and add curd. Soak for 15 mins.
2. After 15 mins add potato and other veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, sweet corn and coriander). Mash and mix properly if require add 2 tbsp of water.
3. Add Ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder and salt. Mix again properly and form a soft dough.
4. Make balls from this dough and fry until golden brown.
For Gravy-
1. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger chilli pass and garlic. Saute.
2. Add onion, capsicum. Saute and cook but retain crunch of veggies.
3. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce along vinegar. Mix properly.
4. Now add pepper powder and salt. Again mix properly.
5. In a small bowl, take cornflour and water, make slurry. Add this slurry to gravy and cook for a min.
6. Now add Manchurian Balls, toss everything.
7. Serve this Desi Style Suji Manchurian.
