Nutritional value: This Winter Recipe with seasonal ingredients- Spring Onion and Garlic is a good light snack that can be served in breakfast or even as starter with a cup of soup. Toasted brown bread, high in fibre and nutrients with spring onion, an excellent source of Vit- C, Vit-A and B6 along Calcium. And Spring Garlic, containing magnese and iron, all with burst of Italian flavors.
Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories- 120 kCal. Carbs- 26 g
Protein- 4 g Fat- 4 g
Fibre- 2 g Sodium- 220 mg
Calcium- 72 mg Iron- 4 mg
INGREDIENTS
Brown bread- 8 pieces
Spring Onion- 100 gm (finely chopped)
Spring Garlic- 100 gm (finely chopped)
Coriander- 50 gm (finely chopped)
Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Mixed herbs- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Butter- 1/2 cup
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
1. Firstly, take butter in a bowl.
2. Add Spring Onion, Spring Garlic, Coriander, Chilli flakes, Oregano, Mixed herbs, Salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients with butter. Onion-Garlic Butter is ready.
4. Now cut the bread into half triangles. And apply the flavorful butter on the breads.
5. Toast the breads until cripsy and golden. Ready Spring Onion- Garlic Toast Can be served with a hot cup of Soup.
