STEP BY STEP RECIPE

For Bhaji

1. In a pressure pan, add oil and butter. Let butter melt.

3. Now add garlic chutney and saute well.

4.  Now add the veggies (Capsicum, Tomato, Potato, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Brinjal, Carrot, Sweet Potato).

5. Mix the veggies properly. Now add the spices (chilli powder, turmeric, pavbhaji masala and salt) and turn the flame on low and mix everything properly.

7. Now on another side, in a deep vessel boil water adding salt and sugar about 1/2 tsp.

8. Add peas to boiling water, let boil for 2-3 mins.

9. As boils, drain off the water, and keep boiled peas aside.

10. After 3 whistles, let the pressure pan cool down.

11. Then open the lid and mash everything well.

12. Now turn on the flame and cook the Bhaji.

13. Now add the boiled peas to Bhaji, mix well and finally add some butter.

For Pav

1. Cut the pav from between and apply some butter.

2. On hot tawa, add oil and butter. Then add garlic chutney and ready Bhaji. Merge all ingredients.
