Today's Blog is a recipe for "ORANGE CANDY". ORANGE CANDY is kids special recipe demanded by a mother and thus tried to make it healthier and all time eatable candy for kids made at home... So here's the "ORANGE CANDY" recipe with detailed photo and written recipe..

Full Recipe: ORANGE CANDY
Cook Time: 10-15 mins
Servings: 20 Candies
Cuisine: Indian
Nutritional value: Sweet Oranges, contains large amount of Vit C and candies are all time fav for kids but it's unhealthy if given them all day. But here using Sweet Oranges this yummy Orange Candies are made at home . Oranges also contains antioxidants and potassium that helps respiratory activities and gives energy.
Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories- 65 kCal. Carbs- 30 g
Protein- 6.7 g Fat- 2.7 g
INGREDIENTS
Orange Juice- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Cornstarch- 1 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Orange Emulsion- 4-5 drops
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
1. In a deep pan, add orange juice (here sweet oranges are used for juice so need less sugar). And bring it to boil
2. Now add sugar and cook until sugar melts.
3. Then turn flame on low, and add cornstarch paste by mixing it with little of orange juice and make cornstarch paste and add to boiling juice.
4. Now let the mixture thicken.
5. Now mix everything properly and turn off the flame.
6. Let the mixture cool down. Then add lemon juice and emulsion. Mix properly.
7. Now pour the mixture to candy moulds and let it set for 2-3 hrs in deep freezer.
8. After 2 hrs take the moulds out from freezer, unmould candies.
9. So tempting Orange Candies are ready.
