Full Recipe: CHILLI GARLIC TRIANGLES
Cook Time: 10 mins
Servings: 3 (12 Triangles)
Cuisine: Indo-Italian
Nutritional value: These triangles are firstly made of wheat flour chapati instead of bread, so high in fibre. Secondly chilli's are good for digestive system and along garlic, loaded with fibre and nutrients. All together these triangles stimulates immune system, regulates blood sugar levels and prevents heart disease.
Now let me tell you it's Nutritional content-
Calories- 190 kCal. Carbs- 18 g
Protein- 4 g Fat- 11 g
Fibre- 2 g Sodium- 300 mg
INGREDIENTS
Chapattis- 3
Butter- 1/2 cup
Coriander- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Spring Onion- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Spring Garlic- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chillies- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Black Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Garlic powder- 1 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Mixed herbs- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
1. Take chapatis and cut into triangles (here small chapatis taken, so cut only 4 triangles from 1 chapati).
2. In a bowl, take butter add coriander, spring onion, garlic, green chillies.
3. Also add spices- pepper powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, oregano, mixed herbs and salt.
4. Now mix everything and prepare Chilli Garlic flavored Butter.Now apply this butter on chapati triangles.
5. On a hot tawa add some butter and put the Triangles on tawa, cover with a lid and cook for about 2-3 mins until triangles absorbs the flavor and gets crispy.
6. Serve triangles with cheese or Mayo dip.
